Hi, this is Mike Dunfee and as someone who owns a property management business, I can tell you that both tenants and landlords are very stressed out during this extraordinary time. So, if you’re somebody who pays your rent directly to an individual or to a property management company that represents individual landlords, please remember that there is a human being on the other end who is counting on that rent payment. If you are not able to make your rent payment, that is something that will have to be worked out. This is probably your only monthly obligation where an actual human being is on the other end.
