Flori is our lead Listing Coordinator and Portfolio Manager with a special focus on the Ocean Corridor. Her real estate career began in New York City with a real estate developer. Flori then moved to Phoenix, AZ and became a key player and shareholder of a medical technology company that was eventually sold. She then moved on to be the 2nd key player and the holder of 9 patents of a word-of-mouth startup company in Phoenix. Flori was also the Office Manager for a real estate developer and successful real estate agent in her own right.
Flori established herself as a top producing agent in Texas advising her clients through approximately 300 successful sales transactions and received the Leading Edge Society Award 7 times. She eventually moved back to her native Southern California with her husband Michael, who was also her high school sweetheart.
Upon returning to Southern California, Flori immediately joined a national franchise realty firm as the Sales Productivity Coach and mentor to over 40 agents. She enjoyed helping and guiding them on how to successfully grow their own book of business and advised them through hundreds of transactions.
Flori jumped at the chance to work at the Mike Dunfee Group where she could get back in the game of helping clients at the highest level. She gets to work in the neighborhood she lives in enjoying the Ocean Boulevard lifestyle in Downtown Long Beach.
Flori loves the beach, animals, and spending time with her friends. She has a can-do attitude and provides excellent service. Flori has an interesting heritage - On her father’s side, she is a proud member of the Tlingit-Haida Indian Tribe of Alaska. On her mother’s side, through her grandfather that was a 32nd degree Mason, she became the Honored Queen of Bethel #95 of Job’s Daughters, an arm of the renown Masonic Temple.
Flori makes sure our clients are being taken care of in the most professional manner possible. She loves her job and it shows.
